Go Big or Go Home



Life is about never giving up. 

Once again, Xiaoguo has picked up her courage, overcame all procrastinations,
 forget about the failed past attempt, and ready to challenge her body again. 
废话少说. Here's my systematic schedule: 

Goal: Lower body fats %. 


Diet: Cut on snacks, non-water drinks. 

Exercise: 
Swim - Tue, Thur 
Yoga - Mon, Thur  
Arms& Core - Wed, Sat https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos 
Run 10km - Non-working weekdays

The biggest challenge is ourselves. 

I don't aspire to be a fitness blogger or athlete, but a better self. :")
